Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located in the historic Old Town, close to many attractions, but be aware of safety concerns in the surrounding alleys. The rooms, although not as modern as in the pictures, were overall clean but could use a bit more attention. The hotel offers a decent breakfast and friendly staff, however, dining options could be more varied. Despite some noise from the central staircase, the hotel provides good value for money.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were located right below the stairs and had many broken items, although the lighting in the bathroom was good. The service offered dry cleaning and housekeeping but lacked in other areas. The location was a bit seedy, but it was conveniently close to the port and city center. The dining options were extensive and a great value. The facilities had some issues but were adequate overall.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the walk from the marina was pleasant and the room had a nice view, the lack of air conditioning and a faulty toilet tank were definite downsides. The absence of cold water was quite inconvenient as well.
The hotel's rooms were in bad shape with broken items, unclean, and had a strong musty smell we were allergic to, though we appreciated the central location. The service was average. The location, despite being ideal for exploring the old town of Genoa, felt unsafe with some questionable surroundings. Despite these drawbacks, the delicious and affordable breakfast was a highlight.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, large, and modern, but the furnishings felt outdated. The location, while central, was in a district with a presence of street workers, making it a bit uncomfortable. The dining experience was simple, with limited options, but the price was reasonable. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
